Scheduling An Appointment
Schedule an appointment to meet our specialist therapists who are available to guide and assist you in selecting the most suitable treatment for you.
Arrival Time
You are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to get comfortable and to relax before the treatment commences. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
During Your Visit
Please respect the right to privacy and serenity of our guests. For total enjoyment of our treatment, the use of mobile phones is prohibited. Our centres are also smoke-free zone.
Age Requirement
A minimum age of 16 is required for access and treatments in our centres.
Health Condition
During your reservation, kindly advise us on any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your treatment.
Restrictions On Treatment
The use of recreational alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Accidents & Injuries
We shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by guests.
Loss & Damage
We regret to inform that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.
Homecare
To continue your Ayur regime and experience at home, most products used in the treatments are available for purchase at the reception.
